Returns & Exchanges

All work by Sandra Miller is returnable for any reason within two weeks of our shipping date. Please notify us to get a street address for the return.

Customers pay the cost of return shipping.

The returned piece must be in new condition and never worn, with the hangtag attached and packing list included.

If you would like to make an exchange, we will ship the new piece to you for free.

If you do not want to exchange it, your refund will be issued once we have examined the returned piece and confirmed its as-new condition.

Our pieces are carefully inspected before shipment. If we have missed a flaw please be in touch and we will repair or replace the piece.
